Welcome to my thoughts! All posts on this blog are my personal thoughts on industry topics.

For nearly 25 years I’ve been helping to drive innovation in the IT space. I started my career in networking as a graduate engineer, moving in to wider IT Infrastructure, Cloud and AI. How to drive better automation, improved practices, reliability and repeatability have been part of my journey from day 1, practicing Infrastructure as Code since the mid 2000s.

My journey has given me some amazing roles, from being CTO for the Microsoft Ecosystem at a major system’s integrator, Director of Cloud Networking for a large international bank, and Head of Cloud and DevOps for the Olympic Games IT services.

Today I am Chief Engineer at Konecta, building the next generation of AI powered digital platforms for business.
